U Myo Nyein Aye is currently the Deputy Director General (Planning) under Department of Transport Planning (DOTP) at the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC). He is the Chairman of World Maritime University Alumni Association (Myanmar)- WMUAAM and the Secretary at Kyauk Phyu Deep Seaport development review committee. He also have a full membership at ICMCI, Certified Management Consultant (CMC), The Institute of Management Consultant Association of Thailand; a Fellow Member at Myanmar Computer Professional Association (MCPA) and a Member of Friends of WMU as Sasakawa Fellow (Japan).
